As a result all money managed on behalf of our clients is done so with a real return mind-set and utilising the framework of the Veritas Real Return Approach. This approach is implemented by an investment team with substantial experience and a proven long term track record of successfully achieving our targets and in the process outperforming global equity indices. The approach demands that all potential investments are analysed from an absolute basis rather than relative to any benchmark or index.
Partnership
There are two elements to our partnership approach. First, the business is run with a partnership culture. Second, we align our interests as owners in partnership with our clients. We are an independently owned company whose employees are invested along with our clients and on the same terms. We are an investment led organisation that has and will continue to control the growth of our business. We will not deviate from our core capabilities by accepting highly customised accounts which may adversely affect existing clients. Where appropriate we will offer performance related fees which are structured fairly.
